Adrienne von Tunzelmann CFInstD is the firm’s Principal.
She has an extensive public sector background in senior executive positions and policy leadership in key areas of Government. With a depth of experience in governance, she has held a number of board roles and is a Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Directors.  Read her CV.
 
Peter McKinlay is the firm's Executive Director. His specialist interests are public policy and local governance, the design of governance structures and organisational strategy. In addition to his consulting work, he is a regular author, presenter and commentator on the future role and function of local government. Read his CV.
